Shim Jong-soo bargains Bonwon — he will give the Haerye exchange for being recognized the new leader Milbon.

King Sejong tells Right Minister Lee Shin-juk to give up Jeong Ki-joon (Bonwon) exchange for being the leader the Milbon political faction.
